Electrical heating vaporizer is a kind of vaporization equipment to directly through the consumption of electricity to heat water vaporization and the medium inside the heating equipment. This vaporizer integrates the function of vaporization and heat to medium with characteristics of simple and compact structure, small floor space, low requirements for equipment installation location, easy installation and maintenance, high interchangeability, zero energy consumption, and pollution-free.
Features
1.Suitable for medium LNG, LPG, LO2, LN2 and other liquefied petroleum gas and liquefied natural gas.
2.Using electric energy to heat water to vaporize and heat the medium. It is a new type of high efficiency vaporization equipment without any pollution or emission.
3.Simple installation and easy maintenance: It can be installed on an independent base or installed on a skid.
4.The equipment barrel is equipped with a temperature sensor to prevent ultra-high temperature and overload of the equipment. The top port of the equipment is equipped with a liquid level sensing device to prevent dry burning under the condition of water shortage. Meanwhile, the top of the equipment is also equipped with an overflow structure device to prevent liquid from running through liquid and ensure the safe and reliable operation of equipment.
5.By controlling PLG, the branches of heating pipes are opened in a delayed manner to optimize the energy configuration, reduce energy consumption and achieve the best heat transfer efficiency.
6.The appearance of the equipment employs the cylindrical structure. The internal and external pressure is uniform, which can effectively eliminate the welding stress of each interface. At the same time, as it covers a small area, has low requirements for the equipment installation location, and has a compact structure, it can be directly equipped with skid modular design.
7.Heat exchange pipes are of single layer or multi-layer, as well as mosaic structure for spiral coil layout. This makes the equipment structure more compact, but also guarantees the maximum heat transfer performance.
